Your Mission

As the Director focused on Growth Marketing, you will lead the company's go-to-market (GTM) growth strategy across the EMEA region, with particular attention to the UK and DACH markets, and a distinct focus on brand reputation in the Swiss market. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on marketing execution, playing a vital role in customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a results-driven leader who excels in cross-functional environments.

Your mission is to drive pipeline and revenue growth through innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns that support sales objectives and enhance market presence. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, product, and executive leadership to design and implement programs that accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and growth across targeted accounts and segments.

While the primary focus will be on growth and demand generation in EMEA (particularly the UK and DACH), familiarity with the Middle East and U.S. markets is advantageous to support our long-term global expansion strategy.

Responsibilities - What You Will Do

  • Develop the EMEA revenue marketing strategy to drive new customer growth in our utility and corporate segments, focusing on acquiring new domains and engaging our existing database.
  • Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns that generate demand and revenue.
  • Build and execute a comprehensive events strategy—both virtual and in-person—to stimulate demand and revenue generation while supporting deal acceleration.
  • Identify and develop content across the user lifecycle to facilitate pipeline generation and deal progress.
  • Launch targeted prospecting marketing initiatives across accounts, ABM, industry, and competitive verticals.
  • Establish a robust calendar of targeted prospecting campaigns based on data insights.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze the performance of revenue marketing activities, reporting results to sales and leadership.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop revenue campaigns and programs that enhance sales adoption.
  • Prioritize and optimize marketing expenditure to achieve KPIs effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices to refine marketing strategies and tactics.

Your Profile - What You Will Need

  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B marketing across content, brand, product, and growth functions, with a solid background in SaaS, fintech, regtech, and/or energy trading sectors.
  • Proven success in leading regional or global marketing campaigns that drive measurable revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market landscape, particularly in the UK and DACH regions.
  • Familiarity with U.S. B2B markets is advantageous; experience in the Middle East is a plus, particularly in go-to-market planning or demand generation.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with a strong business acumen.
  • Able to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
