Your Mission
As a Director focused on Growth Marketing, you will lead the company's go-to-market (GTM) growth strategy across the EMEA region, particularly in the UK and DACH markets, with a particular emphasis on building brand reputation in Switzerland. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on marketing execution, essential for driving customer acquisition, expanding market presence, and supporting revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, adept at building scalable marketing programs and a results-driven leader thriving in cross-functional environments.
Your primary mission is to drive pipeline and revenue through innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives and expand our market presence. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, product, and executive leadership to design and implement programs that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and acceleration across targeted accounts and segments.
While your main focus will be on driving growth and demand generation across EMEA (especially the UK and DACH), familiarity with the Middle East and U.S. markets will be advantageous as we pursue a long-term global expansion strategy.
Responsibilities - What You Will Do
- Develop the EMEA revenue marketing strategy to foster new customer growth in our utility and corporate segments, focusing on acquiring new domains and engaging the existing database.
- Execute innovative marketing campaigns and programs that drive demand and generate revenue.
- Establish a virtual and in-person events strategy targeting demand and revenue generation, including upmarket events, webinars, and case studies to expedite large deals.
- Identify and create content and program developments across the user lifecycle to support pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
- Run prospecting marketing initiatives across target accounts, ABM, industry, and competitive verticals.
- Generate a robust calendar of targeted prospecting campaigns informed by data.
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of revenue marketing activities, reporting results to sales and leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop revenue campaigns and programs, driving sales adoption.
- Prioritize, manage, and optimize marketing spend to meet KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
Your Profile - What You Will Need
- 10–15 years of experience in B2B marketing across content, brand, product, and growth functions, with a strong track record in SaaS, fintech, regtech, and/or energy trading sectors, including hands-on execution and leadership roles.
- Proven success in leading regional or global marketing campaigns that drive measurable revenue.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA market landscape, particularly in the UK and DACH regions.
- Working knowledge of U.S. B2B markets; any experience with Middle Eastern markets is a plus, especially in go-to-market planning or demand generation.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset complemented by strong business acumen.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
