Your Contributions

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of customer interactions through innovative technology:

  • Develop conversational AI solutions utilizing state-of-the-art software engineering methodologies.
  • Build virtual agents (voice/chat bots) to automate customer interactions in production environments.
  • Utilize GenAI to enhance productivity in the contact center workplace.
  • Adopt a proactive mindset and maintain a curious approach towards new concepts and ideas.
  • Establish developer standards while ensuring stable operations, including security and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze technical trends in the field to drive innovation and ensure smooth application performance.
  • Participate in or lead knowledge exchanges within the local AXA (Gen)AI Community.
  • Engage effectively with various stakeholders to comprehend their needs and promote user adoption.

Your Capabilities and Talents

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Proven experience in GenAI projects, particularly in automating customer contact workflows.
  • Adept at understanding business challenges, designing solution approaches, and translating them into tangible, measurable value in collaboration with a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of GenAI principles (e.g., RAG, CoT, Agents) and frameworks (e.g., Langchain/Langsmith, Vector Stores).
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in DevOps practices (Git Flow).
  • Basic experience with at least one Web UI Framework, preferably React.
  • High proficiency in Python and experience with cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong collaborative, creative, and user-focused mindset.
  • A passion for generating business value and driving user adoption.
  • A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • **Fluent in German and English.**
