At AXA, you will play a vital role in transforming customer interactions through cutting-edge technology. Your contributions will include:

  • Developing Conversational AI Solutions using state-of-the-art software engineering methods.
  • Building virtual agents (voice/chat bots) to automate customer interactions in production environments.
  • Utilizing GenAI to enhance the contact center workplace.
  • Exhibiting a can-do mindset and a great curiosity for new concepts and ideas.
  • Setting developer standards and ensuring stable operations, including security and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyzing technical trends in the field, driving innovation to ensure smooth application performance.
  • Participating in or leading knowledge exchanges within the local AXA (Gen)AI Community.
  • Effectively communicating with various stakeholders to understand their needs and drive user adoption.

Your Capabilities and Talents

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience in GenAI projects, specifically in automating customer contact workflows.
  • Proven ability to understand business challenges, design solution approaches, and translate them into tangible, measurable value alongside a team.
  • Understanding of GenAI principles (e.g., RAG, CoT, Agents) and GenAI frameworks (e.g., Langchain/Langsmith, Vector Stores).
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in DevOps (Git Flow).
  • Basic experience with at least one web UI framework, preferably React.
  • High proficiency in Python and working with cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
  • Collaborative, creative, and focused on product and user needs.
  • Passionate about generating business value and driving user adoption.
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
  • Fluent in German and English.
