Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee facilities operations across a portfolio of operational sites. This hands-on role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including maintenance, compliance, contractor management, health & safety, facilities projects, and continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with operational stakeholders, you will ensure that sites remain safe, compliant, and efficient while driving high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Ensure statutory compliance and health & safety standards are upheld.
- Oversee contractors, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Support facilities and infrastructure projects.
- Manage budgets and control expenditure.
- Lead and develop a small facilities team.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple locations.
About You
- Proven facilities management experience within large, complex commercial environments.
- Strong understanding of facilities compliance and maintenance best practices.
- Experience managing contractors, projects, and budgets.
- Confidence in leading teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Proactive, organized, and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
