Some of Your Exciting Challenges Include:
- Conceptualization and design development for new components, considering overall elevator system architecture, production constraints, installability, and maintainability within cross-functional teams using state-of-the-art methodologies (CAD, should cost).
- Performing necessary calculations, simulations (FEM), and orchestrating validation of technical solutions.
- Preparing sprint planning and collaborating with internal and external colleagues to achieve committed output while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conducting root-cause analysis in collaboration with field experts for continuous improvements.
- Staying informed on technology trends as a member of the global competence center and applying them to our product portfolio.
- Analyzing business, market, and code requirements to translate them into technical specifications and provide corresponding effort estimates.

Further Requirements May Include:
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in design (CREO), simulation (FEM), and manufacturing methods.
- Initial exposure to agile development methods or project management experience related to the R&D environment.

- High drive and flexibility, with a strong commitment to reliability and quality.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
