Some of Your Exciting Challenges Include:
- Conceptualizing and developing designs for new components, considering overall elevator system architecture, production constraints, and installability in cross-functional teams using state-of-the-art methodologies (e.g., CAD, should cost).
- Conducting necessary calculations and simulations (FEM) while orchestrating the validation of technical solutions.
- Preparing sprint plans and collaborating with both internal and external colleagues to achieve committed output without compromising on quality.
- Performing root-cause analysis in partnership with field experts for continuous improvements.
- As a member of the global competence center, staying abreast of technology trends and applying insights to our product portfolio.
- Analyzing business, market, and code requirements to translate them into technical specifications and provide corresponding effort estimations.

Further Requirements Include:
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering.
- 5 – 10 years of expertise in design (CREO), simulation (FEM), and manufacturing methods.
- Initial exposure to agile development methods or project management experience related to R&D environments.

- A strong drive and flexibility combined with a commitment to reliability and quality.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
