How You Can Make an Impact

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be our expert in employment law and collaborate closely with subject matter experts from other disciplines within Deloitte, particularly our Global Employer Services (GES) and HR Consulting, M&A and Corporate Restructuring legal team. This enables you to deliver holistic and practical solutions to our clients – both as an advisor on individual specific queries as well as a member and subject matter expert on multidisciplinary and international (restructuring) projects.

• Take responsibility in shaping and leading the further development of our employment law offering.
• Advise clients on individual employment law, global mobility employment law, workforce transformation, contingent workforce, compensation & benefits (including pension plans or short-term and long-term incentive plans), and HR risk.
• Support domestic and cross-border M&A projects and corporate restructurings, especially regarding employment law issues and integration.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, conduct legal research, and support clients in strategic employment-related matters.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have successfully completed your master’s degree in Swiss law and are admitted to the bar in Switzerland (Attorney-at-law).
• You bring 2-4 years of relevant post-bar exam experience in employment law, ideally in a law firm or legal department of an international company.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with clients and colleagues across different service lines.
• You take a proactive, solution-oriented approach to your work and are motivated to build client relationships and take ownership.
• You communicate confidently in German and English; French would be an advantage.
