Your Mission
- Define and drive overarching product strategy for the performance division in support of the company’s brand vision, mission, and growth objectives.
- Lead and empower the global product strategy team for our performance verticals, ensuring seamless collaboration across product innovation, design, and product creation teams.
- Partner closely with innovation, product creation, and design teams to ensure all product initiatives align with our vision of becoming the most premium sportswear brand globally, rooted in performance.
- Build and scale a high-performance team that flourishes through cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence, while fostering an environment of inclusivity, development, and accountability.
- Foster leadership at every level, focusing on developing and nurturing the next generation of leaders within the organization. Mentor, coach, and empower emerging leaders to ensure a robust succession pipeline that sustains long-term success.
- Establish a clear vision for how channel strategy, brand strategy, and product strategy together orchestrate the product portfolio lifecycle across our performance vertical.
- Lead with a focus on vision and innovation, ensuring that On remains at the forefront of industry trends and maintains its position as a leader in the performance market.

- 15+ years of global leadership experience in high-performing product organizations, ideally within the sportswear industry.
- 10+ years of experience leading large teams with the ability to inspire and execute against high-growth business objectives.
- A visionary and entrepreneurial product leader at heart with a passion for building and mentoring world-class teams that foster innovation and deliver superior results.
- A proven track record of building and improving processes and systems in complex, multinational, and cross-functional organizations, driving operational efficiencies.
- Expertise in end-to-end product creation.
- Deep experience collaborating with design, product creation, and GTM teams at the executive level, acting as a key partner in defining and executing product roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the capability to influence and engage at all levels, internally and externally.
