Executive Product Leader
As a visionary and results-driven Executive Product Leader, you will steer the strategic direction and long-term architecture of On's Performance Product Portfolio, which encompasses Running, Outdoor, and Athletes. This pivotal role requires a blend of technical innovation and deep consumer insights, defining the global trajectory of On's performance categories.
Your Mission
- Define and drive overarching product strategy for the performance division in alignment with the company’s brand vision, mission, and growth objectives.
- Lead, grow, and enable the global product strategy team for our performance verticals, ensuring seamless collaboration across product innovation, design, and product creation teams.
- Collaborate closely with innovation, product creation, and design teams to ensure all product initiatives align with our vision of becoming the premier sportswear brand globally, rooted in performance.
- Build and scale a high-performance team that thrives on cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence while fostering an environment of inclusivity, development, and accountability.
- Encourage leadership at all levels, focusing on developing and nurturing the next generation of leaders within the organization. Mentor, coach, and empower emerging leaders to ensure a robust succession pipeline that sustains long-term success.
- Establish a clear vision for how channel strategy, brand strategy, and product strategy together orchestrate the lifecycle of our product portfolio across performance verticals.
- Lead with an emphasis on vision and innovation, ensuring that On remains ahead of industry trends and maintains its leadership in the performance market.

- 15+ years of global leadership experience in high-performing product organizations, ideally within the sportswear industry.
- 10+ years of experience leading large teams with the ability to inspire and execute against high-growth business objectives.
- A visionary and entrepreneurial product leader at heart, passionate about building and mentoring world-class teams capable of fostering innovation and delivering superior results.
- A proven track record of building and improving processes and systems in complex, multinational, and cross-functional organizations, driving operational efficiencies.
- Expertise in end-to-end product creation.
- Extensive experience collaborating with design, product creation, and GTM teams at the executive level, acting as a key partner in defining and executing product roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
