The Senior Marketing Director for Chipita will lead the End-to-End Chipita business, which generates approximately $900 million in net revenue, and oversee the Global 7Days Brand. This role is pivotal in steering the company towards its ambitious Global Vision of reaching $1.5 billion in net revenue by 2030. The position encompasses responsibilities across business operations, P&L management, brand development, and organizational leadership.
You will spearhead a multi-functional team, providing direct leadership to four reports, while developing and aligning strategies designed to maximize operational efficiency both in the short and long term. Additionally, you will oversee the Global 7Days Brand Equity, Portfolio, Innovation, Communication, and Activation initiatives. Collaboration with a diverse array of senior stakeholders is essential—from local commercial unit managing directors and marketing directors to regional supply chain, research and development, sales, and analytics leaders, as well as global CMO and category leadership teams. You will also serve as the primary contact for agency relationships, enhancing long-term business models and unveiling new growth avenues and opportunities.
