Senior Director of Information Security (Male) / Senior Director of Information Security (Female)

What You Will Do:

- Create and implement an integrated and effective information security strategy, ensuring IP protection, business continuity, and compliance.

- Lead and manage a team of individuals and external service providers to achieve enterprise-level information security protection in close collaboration with customers, business stakeholders, production, IT, data protection, and legal.

- Develop, implement, and defend a cyber security framework based on legal, customer, and industry requirements combined with peer best practices to achieve ISO27000 certification.

- Partner with various internal stakeholders and end users to assess and harden current applications, infrastructure, and operational technology (OT) environment.

- Ensure continuous maturity assessments, gap analysis, define adequate remediation, and develop new concepts.

- Maintain and further develop awareness towards cyber security company-wide to increase organizational resilience.

What You Bring:

- University degree in information technology with a focus on cyber security or a comparable field.

- Profound experience across different sectors in IT and in security roles, preferably in an international manufacturing environment.

- Sound knowledge of information security technologies, especially firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption, with a good overview of cloud and mobile device security technologies.

- Strong leadership skills to achieve constructive persuasiveness and a keen instinct for risks in general and for change management processes.

- Pronounced hands-on mentality with a good measure of perseverance.
