As our team and business continue to expand rapidly, we are seeking a Senior Director of Digital Product to bolster our Digital function. On caters to explorers, builders, and entrepreneurs, creating innovative experiences for our customers through both physical and digital products. Our Digital Team manages On's largest store and digital flagship, aiming to provide customers with a personalized, exceptional, and seamless shopping experience.
Your mission will be to own the vision and execution of our Digital Product across web and app, as well as the underlying platform and systems. Help us create extraordinary experiences and push boundaries into uncharted territory.

Your Mission
- Visionary & Transformative Leadership: Craft and evangelize a compelling digital product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, emerging innovations, and global market trends. Inspire and lead diverse, high-performing teams across product disciplines while influencing engineering and design.
- Strategic Influence: Collaborate effectively to align cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and influence roadmaps across various stakeholders and teams, particularly Tech and Marketing.
- Holistic & Customer-Centric Approach: Drive the evolution of our digital platforms (web and app) into cutting-edge touchpoints, ensuring seamless, personalized, and engaging user experiences across all global markets.
- Agile Expertise: Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance speed, innovation, and iterative product development aligned with core business outcomes.
- Long-Term Thinking: Balance innovation with stability and align short-term execution with long-term strategies, managing risks associated with digital product development.
- Global Perspective: Navigate the challenges of international markets, including cultural nuances, to create a unified digital product vision and strategy across all of On’s core markets.
- Experimentation & Agility: Foster a test/learn/iterate mindset within the team, reducing constraints to build long-term customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Your Story
- You bring over 15 years of experience as a seasoned product leader with a proven track record.
- You have at least 8 years of experience leading large, high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- You possess cross-channel experience managing digital products across various platforms, including apps and eCommerce sites.
- You have a profound understanding of user behavior with a customer-centric mentality.
- You leverage data analytics to inform decisions and enhance the digital product portfolio.
- You are experienced in leading commerce capabilities for large merchants globally.
- You have a strong technical background that enables effective collaboration with engineering teams.
- You possess extensive knowledge of eCommerce industry trends and emerging technologies.
- You are adept at managing budgets effectively while showcasing the financial impact of product decisions.
- You are willing to adapt to evolving market conditions and embrace continuous innovation.
- You demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- You have the capacity to think strategically while also engaging with the details of execution.
