As our team and business continue to expand rapidly, we are seeking a Senior Director of Digital Product to support our Digital function. On is a company that caters to explorers, builders, and entrepreneurs. We build innovative experiences for our customers through both our physical and digital products. Our Digital Team is responsible for managing On's largest store and digital flagship, with the primary objective of providing customers with a personalized, exceptional, and seamless shopping experience that wows them throughout their entire digital journey.
Your Mission
Your mission will be to own the vision and execution of our Digital Product across web and app, as well as the underlying platforms and systems. You will help us create extraordinary experiences and push boundaries into uncharted territory. We seek an outstanding and visionary leader who can collaborate closely with internal team members across various departments to drive the development of On's Digital Product. The Senior Director of Digital Product plays a critical role in achieving our short- and long-term business goals and reports directly to senior management.

Your Responsibilities
- Visionary & Transformative Leadership: Craft and evangelize a compelling digital product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals, emerging innovations, and global market trends. Inspire and lead diverse, high-performing teams across product disciplines, influencing engineering and design.
- Strategic Influence: Collaborate effectively to align cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and influence roadmaps across various stakeholders and teams, particularly in Tech and Marketing.
- Holistic & Customer-Centric Approach: Drive the evolution of our digital platforms (web and app) into cutting-edge touchpoints, ensuring seamless, personalized, and engaging user experiences across all global markets.
- Agile Expertise: Apply Agile methodologies to enhance speed, innovation, and iterative product development in alignment with core business outcomes.
- Long-Term Thinking: Balance innovation with stability and align short-term execution with long-term strategy. Assess and manage risks associated with digital product development.
- Global Perspective: Understand and navigate the complexities of international markets, including cultural nuances and regional preferences, to create a unified digital product vision and strategy across On’s core markets, including China.
- Experimentation & Agility: Foster a test, learn, and iterate mindset while optimizing resources, finances, and technology to build long-term customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Your Profile
- 15+ years of experience as a seasoned product leader with a proven track record of driving product strategy across large organizations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with at least 8 years of experience in building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Cross-channel experience managing digital products across various platforms: App, .com, with deep experience in platform/shared-service teams.
- Deep understanding of user behavior and a customer-centric mentality.
- Expertise in leveraging data analytics for informed decision-making and ongoing digital product portfolio improvement.
- Experience with large merchants in leading global commerce capabilities and experiences.
- Strong technical background for effective collaboration with engineering teams on scalable, reliable, and innovative digital products.
- Extensive experience in the ecommerce industry, including knowledge of online retail trends and emerging technologies.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize resources while demonstrating the financial impact of product decisions.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving market conditions, embrace new technologies, and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills characterized by creativity, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to think strategically while also engaging in detailed execution.
