We cater to explorers, builders, and entrepreneurs, crafting innovative experiences for our customers through both our physical and digital products. Our Digital Team manages On's largest store and digital flagship, with a primary objective to provide customers with a personalized, exceptional, and seamless shopping experience that will amaze them throughout their entire digital journey.

Your Mission

Your mission will be to own the vision and execution of our Digital Product across web and app as well as the underlying platform and systems. You will help create extraordinary experiences and push boundaries into uncharted territory.

• Visionary & Transformative Leadership: Craft and advocate for a compelling digital product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, emerging innovations, and global market trends.
• Strategic Influence: Collaborate effectively to align cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and influence roadmaps among various stakeholders, particularly within Tech and Marketing.
• Holistic & Customer-Centric Approach: Drive the evolution of our digital platforms (web and app) into cutting-edge touchpoints, ensuring seamless, personalized user experiences across all global markets.
• Agile Expertise: Utilize Agile methodologies to drive speed, innovation, and iterative product development aligned with core business outcomes.
• Long-term Thinking: Balance innovation with stability, aligning short-term execution with long-term strategy while managing risks in digital product development.
• Global Perspective: Navigate the challenges of international markets, understanding cultural nuances and regional preferences to develop cohesive digital products across On’s core markets.

Your Story

You are a seasoned product leader with over 15 years of experience and a proven track record in driving product strategy and roadmaps across large organizations. As an exceptional leader, you have built and led high-performing cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and innovation.

Your experience includes:

• Leading large teams for at least 8 years.
• Managing digital products across multiple channels, including App and .com.
• Deep understanding of user behavior with a customer-centric mentality.
• Leveraging data analytics to make informed decisions regarding the digital product portfolio.
• Experience leading commerce capabilities for large merchants on a global scale.
• A strong technical background to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
• Extensive experience in the ecommerce industry, including a grasp of online retail trends and emerging technologies.
• Effective budget management and resource optimization skills.
• Adapting to evolving market conditions and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
