Role Overview
Indegene is seeking a dynamic Senior Director – Delivery / Client Partner to spearhead large-scale Data, Analytics, AI, Cloud, CRM, and Technology transformation programs within the Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors in Europe. This position combines strategic consulting, program leadership, and account growth, focusing on enterprise data platforms, AI/ML, CRM modernization, omnichannel analytics, Customer Engagement Platforms, and cloud transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Growth
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in Commercial, Medical, Digital, IT, Data, and AI domains.
- Develop and implement account growth strategies across Data, Analytics, AI, CRM, and Technology.
- Lead value-driven proposals, multi-year transformation roadmaps, and innovative solution architecture.
- Enhance CRM presence including Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Omnichannel strategies.
- Recognize and convert cross-selling opportunities across various Indegene divisions.
Program Delivery & Execution
- Direct the delivery of enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Azure.
- Oversee CRM modernization initiatives including Veeva, Salesforce, and omnichannel journey integrations.
- Manage master data management, Customer360, consent & preference management, and data governance.
- Deliver innovative AI/GenAI solutions focusing on copilots, LLM-based workflows, and ML/NLP models.
- Govern large global delivery teams across Europe, India, and the United States.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, GxP, Annex 11, and Life Sciences data regulations.
Practice Development & People Leadership
- Foster talent development in data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, CRM, and cloud architecture.
- Create reusable assets, frameworks, accelerators, and industry differentiators.
- Enhance partnerships with leading platforms (Veeva, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft).
- Represent Indegene at industry conferences and client advisory boards.
Qualifications
Experience
- 15+ years of expertise in Data, Analytics, AI, CRM, Technology, or Digital roles within Life Sciences.
- Proven leadership in delivering enterprise-scale data and CRM initiatives.
- Familiarity with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Data Cloud, MDM, and omnichannel solutions.
- Strong consulting experience with European pharma/biotech clients.
Skills
- Exceptional executive communication and engagement with C-suite stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of LLMs, AI/ML engineering, modern data architectures, and CRM platforms.
- Capability to lead large global teams and manage complex delivery governance.
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management, forecasting, and commercial strategy.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
