Role Overview
Indegene is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director – Delivery / Client Partner to lead extensive Data, Analytics, AI, Cloud, CRM, and Technology transformation programs across Healthcare & Life Sciences clients in Europe. This pivotal role combines strategic consulting, program leadership, and account growth, focusing on enterprise data platforms, AI/ML, CRM modernization, omnichannel analytics, Customer Engagement Platforms, and cloud transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior Commercial, Medical, Digital, IT, Data, and AI stakeholders.
- Own the account growth strategy encompassing Data, Analytics, AI, CRM, and Technology.
- Drive value-led proposals, multi-year transformation roadmaps, and solution architecture.
- Expand CRM footprint, including Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Omnichannel.
- Identify and convert cross-sell opportunities across multiple Indegene towers.
Program Delivery & Execution
- Lead the delivery of enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Azure.
- Oversee CRM modernization efforts involving Veeva, Salesforce, omnichannel journeys, and integrations.
- Manage Master Data Management (MDM), Customer360, consent & preference management, and data governance.
- Deliver AI/GenAI solutions, including copilots, LLM-based workflows, ML models, and NLP pipelines.
- Govern large global delivery teams across the EU, India, and the US.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, GxP, Annex 11, and Life Sciences data regulations.
Practice Development & People Leadership
- Develop talent across data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, CRM, and cloud architecture.
- Build reusable assets, frameworks, accelerators, and industry differentiators.
- Strengthen partnerships with key platforms (Veeva, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft).
- Represent Indegene at conferences and client advisory boards.
Qualifications
Experience
- 15+ years in Data, Analytics, AI, CRM, Technology, or Digital roles within the Life Sciences sector.
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering enterprise-scale data & CRM programs.
- Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Data Cloud, MDM, and omnichannel strategies.
- Strong consulting background, with experience serving European pharma/biotech clients.
Skills
- Exceptional executive communication and engagement with CxO-level stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of LLMs, AI/ML engineering, modern data architectures, and CRM platforms.
- Proven ability to lead large global teams and manage complex delivery governance.
- Robust financial and commercial acumen (P&L management, forecasting, and commercials).
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
