Job Description
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in automating .NET-based build and deployment processes, enhancing productivity in our production and service software.
Responsibilities
- Strategically select and introduce tools and technologies to improve the efficiency of our CI/CD environment.
- Establish a robust overall system architecture while streamlining pipelines and processes through objective and informed decision-making.
- Extend our tool landscape with self-developed tools when off-the-shelf solutions do not meet our needs.
- Collaborate with an international and cross-location team to tackle complex challenges that push the boundaries of your skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with IT operations for infrastructure alignments.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Significant software development experience in C# / .NET, with a focus on TDD, Clean Code, and NuGet.
- Deep understanding of designing and automating CI pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions.
- Expertise in containerized environments, specifically with Docker (Linux and Windows).
- Highly skilled in Version Control Systems, especially Git, with proficiency in branching strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of release management, versioning concepts, and dependency management.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, preferably with technologies like Terraform, Terraform CDK .NET, or Packer.
- Experience with binary management systems, preferably JFrog Artifactory.
- A strong level of assertiveness, enabling confident and impactful representation of ideas and technical arguments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, combined with a proactive and result-driven personality.
