About the Role

You are experienced in UX and eager to learn more. In this role, you will manage your workload and follow a structured plan, focusing on the needs of the company and contributing at both the team and squad levels. You will collaborate in a tech-focused environment alongside engineers and product managers, tackling the complexities of software development and delivering exceptional product experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify user-related problems by driving problem discovery and partnering with Product Managers to address business-related issues.
• Lead solution discovery stages in product development to map out possible solutions and constraints, ensuring that Engineering can implement the best options for users.
• Autonomously drive solution design to define, plan, evaluate, and deliver user-centric solutions that enhance the overall product experience.
• Support the implementation of features and improvements by collaborating continuously with Engineering.
• Evaluate the impact of released features, measuring their success against initial expectations.
• Assist Product Managers in breaking down objectives into actionable and timely delivery plans.
