Are you ready to lead quality excellence across innovative medical device portfolios and help shape the future of patient care worldwide? Proclinical is seeking a Senior Design Quality Manager to lead the Design Assurance and Design Transfer functions for our portfolios in Respiratory Acute Care, Infant Care, and Anaesthesia.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in planning, leading, and managing quality strategies to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements. This position presents an exciting opportunity to drive innovation, collaborate with senior management globally, and oversee product design control, change control, and quality improvement plans for hospital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of quality strategies for product development portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company quality objectives, and market acceptance standards.
• Oversee product design control plans, product change control plans, and product quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team across a diverse portfolio of Class I to III medical devices.
• Engage with global regulators and ensure alignment with international standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to prioritize and implement quality strategies.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Expertise in medical device quality management systems and global regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of product development and maintenance processes.
• Proven experience in people management and leading complex operations across diverse geographies and product lines.
• Direct experience working with global regulatory authorities; multinational experience is highly desirable.
• A university degree at the Bachelor level or higher in engineering, science, business, or a related field.
