About the Role: Senior AI Data Product Analyst
In this pivotal role at the heart of our AI platform, your mission is to shape its capabilities. You will co-own our understanding of manufacturers, structuring knowledge in a way that our agents can reason over it to generate real outcomes.
This is not a support or reporting function. It is a builder role at the intersection of data, AI, and product.
Your Responsibilities
- Design the Language of Manufacturing Intelligence: Define and enhance the manufacturing ontology that powers our AI agents, including companies, facilities, machines, processes, materials, certifications, and capacities.
- Break Down Workflows: Identify essential data points that agents need to shortlist prospects and determine signals that could displace incumbent suppliers.
- Build and Evolve the Knowledge Graph: Ground our agents in structured, queryable manufacturing intelligence using Neo4j.
- Drive Vertical Expansion: Address the unique requirements for various manufacturing processes, such as CNC machining and injection molding.
- Hunt Down Missing Data: Find solutions through third-party sources, API integrations, extensions, or ML-based inference when necessary.
- Define Success Metrics: Specify what success means for agent workflows and track these metrics for ongoing improvement.
Your Qualifications
- You have 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or related fields in B2B SaaS or AI-driven environments.
- Familiarity with AI agents, reasoning loops, and context windows is essential.
- Proficient in SQL and Python, with hands-on programming skills.
- You are knowledgeable in knowledge graphs, ontology design, and semantic data models.
- Experience with the Azure stack (Fabric, Synapse, OneLake, Azure ML, AI Search) is a plus.
- You possess strong judgment in identifying relevant data and making sound decisions on prioritizing tasks.
Location and Application Details
Required: You must be a Swiss, EU, or EFTA citizen, or hold a valid Swiss work permit and be available to work on-site in Zurich (full-time remote isn't possible).
