As a Senior AI Data Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our AI platform's capabilities. Your focus will be on shaping the product rather than merely reporting on it, co-owning our knowledge of manufacturers and how that information is structured.
Your Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will:
- Define Manufacturing Intelligence: Develop and extend the manufacturing ontology that underpins our AI agents, including companies, facilities, machines, processes, materials, certifications, and their interrelationships.
- Break Down Workflows: Identify the specific data required for agents to shortlist prospects and understand the factors that displace existing suppliers.
- Build the Knowledge Graph: Construct and expand the knowledge graph (Neo4j) that grounds our agents in structured, queryable manufacturing intelligence.
- Drive Vertical Expansion: Analyze successful strategies in CNC machining and adapt them for other manufacturing sectors such as injection molding and additive manufacturing.
- Solve Data Gaps: Seek out missing data through third-party sources, API integrations, and ML-based inferences when direct data is unavailable.
- Define Success Metrics: Establish what success looks like for agent workflows and track it with telemetry tools, enabling continuous improvement of capabilities.
Your Qualifications
You are more than just data-literate; you are AI-native:
- You have 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or similar roles within B2B SaaS or AI-driven environments.
- You are proficient in tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and agentic workflows.
- You understand AI agents through practical experience and design solutions accordingly.
- You possess strong skills in SQL and Python, actively building and implementing solutions.
- You are experienced in knowledge graphs, ontology design, and semantic data models.
- You have familiarity with the Azure stack (Fabric, Synapse, OneLake, Azure ML, AI Search).
- You demonstrate sound judgment concerning data relevance, balancing 'good enough' against perfection while translating incomplete signals into usable intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing domain experience
- Experience with embeddings and vector operations
- Data procurement experience
Please note: You must be a Swiss, EU, or EFTA citizen, or hold a valid Swiss work permit, with the ability to work on-site in Zurich (full-time remote is not possible).
