Position Overview

This position will be responsible for monitoring and executing day-to-day operations to support the strategy of the Data Operations function across various franchises and business units. The Senior Analyst will lead small projects and develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate to complex scope, while referring to established policies and procedures.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and execute the data operations and data quality process, which may include coordination of testing, error handling, data conversion and/or validation, and audit/compliance actions (Non-Conformance (NC) and/or Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)). Provide tactical direction to third-party teams and function as the first level of escalation.
  • Continuously improve existing data design, processes, and templates by focusing on business outcomes. Implement and monitor tools and processes that maximize data operations execution. Engage with stakeholders on tactical matters.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert/Data Governance Lead for the workstream or functional area, providing appropriate guidance on data operations. This includes completing complex change assessments, project scoping requirements, and serving as a primary point of contact for both internal and external team members for strategic launches and audit/compliance activities.
  • Prepare metrics, dashboards, and tracking to facilitate efficient operations within the Data Operations department, and execute budget and value capture protocols within established frameworks. Participate in and sometimes lead operational and governance meetings, including end-to-end, value capture, and third-party reviews.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation for the area of responsibility, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), protocols, data quality catalogs, and other policy documents. Develop and deliver training to educate stakeholders on documented procedures and data flows.
  • Support the deployment of the Data Management Framework (Governance Maturity Roadmap).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Supply chain experience, preferably in master data, operations, or a cross-functional business environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of data management experience within large ERP platforms.
  • Strong business and technical knowledge of all Supply Chain data elements, processes, and organizational support models.
  • A relevant mix of global, regional, and cross-sector/industry experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Able to build strong collaborative relationships and influence multiple stakeholders to establish common goals and objectives without compromising outcomes.
  • Capable of contributing to a diverse, multicultural, and partially remote team.
  • Adaptable to work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist.
