Your Role

Are you ready to make a difference by managing projects for our strategic key customers? As a Senior Customer Project Lead, you will align customer needs with activities in R&D, supply chain, and the production of our electronic instruments. You will drive collaboration projects with industrial and academic research partners to meet our shared goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and shape complex customer projects, including dedicated hardware and software development.
• Ensure project success for both our customers and ourselves, while meeting commercial objectives.
• Provide transparent project reporting and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• Interact and align with external and internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, Product Managers, and, importantly, the customer.
• Continuously implement improvements to our project management practices.

Your Profile

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in software and electronics development and production.
• Proven experience with direct customer interaction.
• Strong collaborative mindset, working effectively with sales, product management, R&D, and operations.
• Formal training in project management practices, such as PMP certification.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
