Your Role

Are you ready to make a difference by managing projects for our strategic key customers? As a Senior Customer Project Lead, you will align customer needs with the activities in R&D, supply chain, and the production of our electronic instruments. You will drive collaboration projects with both industrial and academic research partners to achieve our joint goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and shape complex customer projects, including dedicated hardware and software development.
• Ensure project success for both our customers and the company while meeting commercial goals.
• Provide transparent project reporting and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
• Interact and align with external and internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, Product Managers, and, importantly, the customer.
• Enhance our project management practices through continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, focusing on software and electronics development and production.
• Experience with direct customer interactions.
• A collaborative mindset, working closely with sales, product management, R&D, and operations.
• A strong team player.
• Formal training in project management practices, such as PMP certification.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
