Position: Senior Customer Project Lead

Are you ready to make a difference by managing projects for our strategic key customers? In this role, you will align customer needs with our R&D, supply chain, and production activities for electronic instruments. As a Senior Customer Project Lead, you will drive collaboration projects with industrial and academic research partners to achieve our joint goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and shape complex customer projects, including dedicated hardware and software development.
• Ensure project success for both our customers and our organization, meeting commercial objectives.
• Provide transparent project reporting and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
• Engage and align with internal and external stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Product Managers, as well as customers.
• Implement continuous improvements to our project management practices.

Your Profile

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in project management, including software and electronics development and production.
• Experience in direct customer interaction.
• A collaborative mindset, especially when working with sales, product management, R&D, and operations—strong team player.
• Formal training in project management practices, such as PMP certification.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
