Your Role

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact by managing projects for our strategic key customers? In this position, you will align customer needs with R&D activities, supply chain processes, and the production of our electronic instruments. As a Senior Customer Project Lead, you will facilitate collaborative projects with industrial and academic research partners to achieve shared objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and shape complex customer projects, including dedicated hardware and software development.
• Ensure project success for both our customers and our company while meeting commercial goals.
• Provide transparent project reporting and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• Engage and align with both external and internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, Product Managers, and customers.
• Continuously improve our project management practices.

Your Profile

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, including software and electronics development and production.
• Experience with direct customer engagement.
• A collaborative mindset, working closely with sales, product management, R&D, and operations.
• Strong team player.
• Formal training in project management practices, such as PMP certification.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
