Senior Crestron Programmer

Key Responsibilities
- Define and engineer end-to-end Crestron control system architectures for premium aircraft cabins.
- Program and optimize Crestron solutions using SIMPL and SIMPL+.
- Configure and deploy DM NVX based AV over IP infrastructures.
- Develop custom C# components within Crestron ecosystems.
- Interface Crestron platforms with aircraft systems such as cabin management, audio-video distribution, lighting, connectivity, and environmental controls.
- Coordinate with avionics, electrical, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure technical alignment and certification compliance.
- Execute troubleshooting, system testing, and performance verification during ground and flight activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including system diagrams, programming references, and integration documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in Crestron programming and professional AV control systems.
- DM NVX Certified Designer credential.
- SIMPL Programming certification.
- Advanced knowledge of Crestron SIMPL, SIMPL+, and C# development.
- Demonstrated capability to architect robust and scalable Crestron solutions.
- Background in integrating complex systems within regulated or space-constrained industries such as aerospace, defense, maritime, or medical sectors.
- Strong understanding of networking principles, AV signal distribution, and IP-driven control architecture.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
