Job Title: Senior Corporate Development Manager
As a Senior Corporate Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives within the LANDERT Group. You will collaborate with the management teams of our Group companies, supporting them on both operational and strategic fronts.
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Group companies during the strategy and budget processes.
- Guiding management teams at an operational level to implement strategies and meet budgets and forecasts.
- Taking a key role in the due diligence process and the integration of newly acquired companies.
- Leading strategic projects at the Group level.
- Developing and implementing processes based on best practices.
- Coaching newly appointed senior managers of Group companies.
- Acting as an interim manager as required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Technical and/or scientific background at university level (M.Eng. or M.Sc.).
- Additional training in Business Administration is advantageous.
- Proven experience as a line manager at a General Manager level.
- A minimum of 20 years of overall experience in Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, Installation, and After-Sales.
- Demonstrated project management experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills to understand complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Highly structured working method with a strong focus on quality and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Pragmatic, precise, and hands-on implementer with a winning and charismatic personality, along with persuasive negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and be a team player, depending on the role.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong commitment to the tasks at hand.
- Business fluency in German and English; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is an advantage.
- Excellent skills in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel worldwide.
