Position: Senior Corporate Development Manager
As a Senior Corporate Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the LANDERT Group. You will support the management teams of the Group companies at both operational and strategic levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Group companies during the strategy and budget processes.
- Assist management teams in implementing strategy and achieving budgets and forecasts at the operational level.
- Take on a key role in the due diligence process and integration of newly acquired companies.
- Lead strategic projects at the Group level.
- Develop and implement processes based on best practices.
- Coach newly appointed senior managers of Group companies.
- Act as an interim manager as needed.
Qualifications
- Technical and/or scientific background at the University level (M.Eng. or M.Sc.).
- Additional training in Business Administration is advantageous.
- Experienced line manager at the General Manager level.
- A minimum of 20 years of overall experience in Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, Installation, and After-Sales.
- Proven experience in project management is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills to understand complex issues and develop solutions.
- Very structured working method with a high attention to quality and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Pragmatic, precise, and hands-on implementer with a winning and charismatic personality, as well as persuasive enforcement power.
- Strong leader and team player depending on the role.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a high level of identification with the task.
- Business fluent in German and English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is advantageous.
- Excellent skills in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel worldwide.
