Senior Corporate Development Manager

As a Senior Corporate Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the LANDERT Group. You will support the management teams of the Group companies on both operational and strategic levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Group companies during strategy and budget processes.
  • Assist management teams at the operational level to implement strategies and meet budgets and forecasts.
  • Play a key role in the due diligence process and the integration of newly acquired companies.
  • Lead strategic projects at the Group level.
  • Develop and implement processes based on industry best practices.
  • Coach newly appointed senior managers within Group companies.
  • Act as an interim manager when needed.

Qualifications

  • Technical and/or scientific background at a university level (M.Eng. or M.Sc.).
  • Additional training in Business Administration is an advantage.
  • Experienced line manager at a General Manager level.
  • Minimum of 20 years of overall experience in Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, Installation, and After-Sales.
  • Proven experience in project management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills to understand complex issues and develop solutions.
  • Very structured working method with high attention to quality, driven by a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Pragmatic, precise, and hands-on implementer with a winning and charismatic personality.
  • Strong leadership qualities, as well as the ability to be a team player when required.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a high level of identification with the tasks at hand.
  • Business fluency in German and English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an advantage.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide.
