Your Crew:

Your Mission:

Contract Change Management

  • Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and implementation of contract changes, amendments, and commercial terms, with a special focus on Procurement contracts, ensuring optimal commercial and operational outcomes.

  • Ensure all contracting activities comply with company policy, regulatory standards, export-control rules, and internal governance frameworks.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the contracting process while proactively driving continuous improvement and resolving discrepancies.
  • Prepare high-quality claims files, commercial analyses, and risk summaries for senior leadership.
  • Advise Procurement, Sales, Project Management, Finance, and senior stakeholders on negotiation positions, risk trade-offs, and change-order strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure end-to-end alignment on obligations, dependencies, and contract execution risks.

NDA Review & Document Control

  • Conduct the final commercial and compliance review of NDAs prior to signature, ensuring adherence to Legal guidance and providing clear recommendations for deviations.
  • Ensure all quotations and bid submissions contain complete, accurate, and compliant documentation.
  • Verify that internal agreements meet required commercial baselines and escalate issues where standards are not met.
  • Maintain fully traceable, structured, and audit-ready contract and change documentation.

Compliance, Customer Requirements & Risk Management

  • Partner with the Global SCH Compliance Manager and Global Cyber Security leadership to interpret and implement compliance requirements into binding contracts.
  • Anticipate and articulate compliance risks, advising on risk exposure and mitigation strategies.

Your Story:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Contract Manager in procurement, creating and editing written machinery project-related agreements, procurement agreements, or other pertinent agreements.
  • Experience handling contracts, NDA reviews, and PO reviews.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
