Join our Valuation and Modeling team and help our clients enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their companies. You will learn to support finance and corporate leaders in making complex strategic investment decisions, analyzing enterprise performance, developing financial business plans, and quantifying the success of M&A deals and value creation initiatives. We bring in-depth corporate finance knowledge and experience, combined with valuation expertise and financial modeling capabilities, to assist our clients in their most complex transactions, transformations, and corporate events worldwide.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Become part of a team of highly specialized Valuation & Modelling practitioners, integrating core capabilities across finance, capital markets, corporate development & investment, financial planning, M&A, and strategy.
• Lead diverse projects across various industries, from valuing businesses and assets to constructing financial models that encapsulate a company's economic essence and working with Boards and the C-Suite on quantifying and creating shareholder value.
• Assess our clients’ financial and business challenges, evaluate suitable solutions based on quantitative analysis, market research, data modeling, and strategic business planning.
• Provide support in the valuation of businesses and intangible assets (e.g., brands, customer relationships, IP portfolios, etc.) for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, dispute resolution, financial reporting, purchase price allocations, restructuring, and financial advisory.
• Conduct research and analysis on various sectors and industries, preparing financial and economic analyses on companies, comparable transactions, and public companies using Deloitte databases and other publicly available information.
• Develop detailed financial models in Excel utilizing best practice financial modeling techniques, in the context of transactions, financing, capital investment decisions, and strategic corporate planning. Use these models to analyze and forecast financial outcomes and assist in decision-making processes.
• Present findings and analyses in compelling presentations and reports to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are a curious and committed team player with the ability to learn and apply new information quickly. You enjoy working methodically with great attention to detail and are willing to take on responsibilities and adopt a proactive attitude in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• You have 3-5 years of post-university experience applying the core principles of valuation and corporate finance in the context of transactions or corporate planning, with a strong proficiency in building advanced financial models, within another consulting firm, private equity, M&A, FP&A, or corporate development practice.
• You are a CFA charterholder or currently in the process of obtaining your CFA.
• You possess demonstrable capabilities in corporate finance with a proven track record of constructing complex financial models along with fluency in valuation and accounting principles and standards.
• You are skilled in Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
• Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is required; French language skills would be an advantage.
