Join our Valuation and Modeling team to help our clients enhance their companies' efficiency and effectiveness. Here, you'll acquire the skills necessary to support finance and corporate leaders in making complex strategic investment decisions, analyzing enterprise performance, developing financial business plans, and quantifying the success of M&A deals and value creation initiatives. Our team brings expert corporate finance knowledge along with valuation expertise and financial modeling capabilities to tackle our clients' most complex transactions, transformations, and corporate events worldwide.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Become part of a team of highly specialized Valuation & Modeling practitioners, merging core capabilities in finance, capital markets, corporate development & investment, financial planning, M&A, and strategy.
• Lead diverse projects across various industries, from valuing businesses and assets to constructing financial models that capture a company’s economic essence.
• Collaborate with Boards and the C-Suite to quantify and create shareholder value.
• Evaluate our clients’ financial and business challenges and propose suitable solutions through quantitative analysis, market research, data modeling, and strategic business planning.
• Support the valuation of businesses and intangible assets (e.g., brands, customer relationships, IP portfolios) for purposes such as mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, and financial advisory.
• Conduct research and analysis on various sectors and industries, preparing financial and economic analyses on companies, comparable transactions, and public companies using Deloitte databases and publicly available information.
• Develop detailed financial models in Excel employing best practices in financial modeling within the context of transactions, financing, capital investment decisions, and strategic corporate planning.
• Present findings and insights efficiently through compelling presentations and reports.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are a curious and committed team player, quick to learn and adapt, with a methodical approach and a keen attention to detail.
• You possess 3-5 years of post-university experience in valuation and corporate finance concerning transactions or corporate planning, demonstrating high proficiency in advanced financial modeling.
• You are a CFA charterholder or in the process of obtaining your CFA qualification.
• You exhibit strong capabilities in corporate finance, with a proven track record in building complex financial models and understanding valuation and accounting principles.
• You have advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are fluent in English and German, with French considered an advantage.
