Our Treasury Advisory practice supports clients in addressing complex Treasury challenges, ranging from strategy development and policy enhancements to process optimization and system implementations, leveraging our expertise in treasury processes and technology.

The Treasury Advisory team delivers treasury-focused transformation programs based on a holistic process design approach, implemented through cutting-edge solutions and technology. We partner with global technology providers, combining their tools with our proven expertise to deliver effective solutions to our clients.

How You Can Make an Impact

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the implementation of treasury management systems such as SAP TMS, Kyriba, and FIS.
• Leading the treasury workstream in large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Executing the delivery of Treasury Advisory projects, including analysis of treasury operating models, optimizing treasury guidelines and policies, enhancing banking, cash, and payment processes, and implementing in-house banking and payment factory solutions.
• Assisting with Treasury Health Checks, Reviews, and Internal Audits to help clients assess and benchmark their Treasury organizations, processes, and systems against market best practices.

In addition to delivering projects, you will be a key member of the Treasury Advisory team with responsibilities including:

• Facilitating Treasury conferences, workshops, and client-focused events.
• Managing Engagement Delivery and presenting project deliverables to client senior management.
• Generating leads by engaging with clients in the Swiss market and across Europe through collaboration with other Treasury experts within the Deloitte network.
• Leading and coaching junior team members.

Who We Are Looking For

• Subject Matter Expertise in Corporate Treasury processes and systems (3+ years of experience).
• Experience in the design and implementation of Treasury Management Systems, such as Kyriba or at least one other treasury system (e.g., FIS, ION, Coupa).
• Knowledge of one or more SAP modules in the area of Treasury (e.g., Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, In-House Cash, Advanced Payment Management).
• Experience in the Swiss market with a network of Treasury professionals.
• Consulting experience combined with analytical and design thinking skills and a passion for problem-solving.
• A desire to exchange knowledge and ideas with colleagues.
• Positivity and enthusiasm, coupled with an eagerness to learn and build a robust career in Treasury consulting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
