Our Treasury Advisory practice partners with clients to tackle complex Treasury challenges, including strategy development, policy enhancements, process optimization, and system implementations. Our deep expertise in Treasury processes and technology equips us to deliver innovative solutions.

The Treasury Advisory team focuses on transformation programs that utilize a holistic process design approach, integrating cutting-edge solutions and technology. We collaborate with global technology providers, combining their tools with our assets to create effective strategies for our clients.

How You Can Make an Impact

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the implementation of treasury management systems, such as SAP TMS, Kyriba, FIS, and others.
  • Lead the treasury workstream for large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Execute Treasury Advisory project deliverables, including analysis of operating models, optimizing guidelines and policies, and enhancing banking and payment processes.
  • Assist in Treasury Health Check, Review, and Internal Audit engagements to benchmark the Treasury function against industry best practices.

In addition to delivering projects, you will play a pivotal role in the Treasury Advisory team, with responsibilities that include:

  • Facilitating Treasury conferences, workshops, and client-focused events.
  • Managing Engagement Delivery and presenting project outputs to client senior management.
  • Generating leads by networking within the Swiss and wider European markets alongside other Treasury experts in the Deloitte network.
  • Leading and coaching junior team members.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Subject Matter Expertise in Corporate Treasury processes and systems (3+ years of experience).
  • Experience in designing and implementing Treasury Management Systems, such as Kyriba or other systems (e.g., FIS, ION, Coupa).
  • Knowledge of one or more SAP modules in Treasury (e.g., Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, In-House Cash).
  • Experience in the Swiss market with established networks in the Treasury community.
  • Consulting experience coupled with strong analytical and design thinking skills.
  • A passion for knowledge exchange and collaboration.
  • Positivity, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn and grow in Treasury consulting.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.
