Our Treasury Advisory practice assists clients in addressing complex treasury issues, including strategy development, policy enhancements, process optimization, and system implementations. We leverage our deep expertise in treasury processes and technology to deliver transformative solutions.

The Treasury Advisory team designs and implements treasury-focused transformation programs using an integrated approach, combining cutting-edge technology with our extensive knowledge. We partner with leading technology providers to offer effective solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

How You Can Make an Impact

Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing Treasury Advisory projects involving analysis of treasury operating models and optimizing treasury guidelines, banking, cash, and payment processes.
• Supporting Treasury Health Check/Review/Internal Audit engagements to assess and benchmark clients’ treasury organizations against market best practices.
• Assisting in the evaluation and implementation of treasury management systems, including SAP, Kyriba, and FIS.
• Leading the treasury workstream in large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Facilitating treasury conferences, workshops, and client-focused events.
• Independently managing project workstreams.
• Developing innovative ideas to enhance solutions.
• Overseeing engagement delivery and presenting project outcomes to client management.
• Collaborating in international teams on larger assignments.
• Generating leads by engaging with clients in the Swiss and broader European markets.
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experienced treasury professional with expertise in corporate treasury processes and systems.
• Established network within the Swiss market.
• Consulting experience combined with analytical and design thinking capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive individual who shares knowledge and ideas with colleagues.
• A positive and enthusiastic team player eager to advance in treasury consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more SAP modules related to Treasury (e.g., Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management).
• Implementation experience with at least one other treasury system (e.g., Kyriba, FIS, ION, Coupa).
• Good understanding of cash management and treasury management processes and an ability to develop recommendations for treasury optimization and transformation.
