Join our dynamic team at Deloitte as a (Senior) Consultant, where you will advise international clients on cutting-edge technology to enhance their business operations. As part of our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists, you will develop strategies and implement systems that build business value and drive performance. Your involvement will provide you with valuable insights into IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with key technology executives to translate their strategies into effective IT operating models.
• Support major Swiss and international organizations in strengthening their IT functions and technology capabilities while embracing agile practices.
• Contribute to large-scale IT transformation programs and shape the interaction between the IT function and business side.
• Assess client IT service requirements, create tailor-made technology target operating models, and facilitate business access to IT services.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate and present ideas effectively both orally and in writing.
• Proficient in MS Office, with demonstrated project management skills; experience in IT process management, business partnering, or organizational development is a plus.
• A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, with a track record of managing small engagements or parts of larger projects; ITIL or Agile certifications are advantageous.
• 3+ years of professional experience working with technology operating models and driving IT transformation in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Fluency in English and German is required; additional French skills are an advantage, along with a willingness to travel (mainly within Switzerland).
