Join our Turnaround and Restructuring Services team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses. Collaborate closely with Deloitte experts from legal, tax, and regulatory services to bring tailored solutions to our clients. How You Can Make an Impact

• Support our dedicated core team to address client challenges with practical hands-on solutions, including performance improvement and strategic option analyses for shareholders (sell/restructure).
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, develop insights, draft client reports (e.g., status updates, restructuring options), and prepare financial analyses for shareholders, financing institutions, or regulators.
• Assist in project management by overseeing timelines, costs, resources, and deliverables.
• Contribute to the growth of our Turnaround and Restructuring offering through business development activities and quality/risk procedures.
• Share your ideas, enthusiasm, and investigative insights to drive our projects forward and take ownership of your deliverables.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are a curious generalist with a strong ability to listen and explain complex matters in relatable terms.
• You enjoy orchestrating solutions through collaboration and practical problem-solving.
• You possess a good understanding of financial statements and are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel to generate meaningful insights aimed at decision-making in high-pressure environments.
• You are open-minded and eager to embrace AI as part of how we work.
• Your qualifications include:
  • A Master's degree or nearing completion of an advanced academic programme focused on finance, banking, business administration, accounting, economics, or law.
  • 1+ years of work experience in areas such as strategy, transformation, transaction services, or management consulting at a consultant level.
  • Fluency in German and English, with knowledge of financial terminology; additional languages are a plus.
