How You Can Make an Impact

• Become a part of our dynamic tax advisory team, engaging in a diverse range of projects involving Swiss and international taxation of cross-border employment structures, equity incentives, pensions, rulings, and more.
• Take ownership of your work from day one, participating in client-facing activities surrounding individual tax projects.
• Contribute to developing tailored solutions, performing research, and preparing customized advice as general information is easily accessible online.
• Apply your technical knowledge directly through interesting cases, assisting in the preparation and delivery of presentations to clients and colleagues.
• Leverage your skills in collaboration with experienced teams that will empower you to realize your full professional and personal potential across a range of individual tax topics.

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in business administration, law, or a related field.
• You are a team player who thrives on daily interactions with clients and colleagues, enjoys working independently, and challenges the status quo.
• You have a passion for research, writing, and exploring options while helping to design effective solutions. Your eagerness to learn and develop would benefit from our tax training programs.
• You possess strong interpersonal skills, a desire to help others tackle their challenges, and a thirst for knowledge that brings fresh perspectives to our projects.
• You are fluent in German or French, with very strong English language skills.
