How You Can Make an Impact:

• Engage in challenging ServiceNow projects, working collaboratively within a larger team or serving as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Guide clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Operate across various industries, with primary focuses in Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Collaborate with a diverse group of highly professional, like-minded colleagues while participating in business development and marketing initiatives.
• Expand your network through collaborations with different divisions within the firm and with member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

You possess:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or associated modules) as part of major business transformations, including expertise in management consulting and resolving technical delivery issues.
• Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator and familiarity with agile delivery methods (e.g., SCRUM).
• Strong technical project management and leadership skills, demonstrated through managing design and development teams over entire delivery lifecycles, including project financial management.
• The ability to effectively update senior stakeholders on project progress while identifying risks and issues, with experience collaborating with near-shore and off-shore teams.
• Fluency in both English and German; a solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture practices and industry standards/certifications (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF) is preferred.
