How You Can Make an Impact:

• Work on challenging ServiceNow projects, either as part of a larger team or as an advisor for smaller engagements.
• Support clients through intricate Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Engage across various industries, including our primary focus areas: Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Public Sector.
• Collaborate with international, highly professional colleagues and participate in business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development.
• Expand your network by working collaboratively with different parts of the company or member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or associated modules) in major business and system transformation efforts.
• Experience in management consulting, resolving technical and delivery issues on ServiceNow projects in collaboration with client stakeholders, and shaping the technical design of a ServiceNow solution while engaging with the client’s technical/enterprise architects.
• A certified ServiceNow System Administrator with knowledge of agile delivery methods (SCRUM, etc.).
• Strong project management and/or leadership skills, demonstrated through managing design and development teams through full delivery lifecycles, including overseeing project financials.
• Experience in presenting progress updates and discussing risks and issues with senior stakeholders, with additional experience working with near-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
• Fluent communication skills in English and German; familiarity with Enterprise Architecture practices, tools, and industry standards/certifications (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF) is a plus.
