How You Can Make an Impact:

• Work on challenging ServiceNow projects, either within a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Support clients throughout complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Engage with diverse industries, focusing on Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Public Sector.
• Collaborate with professional colleagues internationally and assist in business development, marketing initiatives, and practice development activities.
• Expand your network by collaborating with colleagues across different parts of the company or other member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (such as ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM or related modules) involving significant business and system transformations. This includes experience in management consulting, resolving technical and delivery issues in collaboration with client stakeholders, and shaping ServiceNow solution designs while coordinating with the client's technical/enterprise architects.
• Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator and familiarity with agile delivery methods (e.g., SCRUM).
• Strong technical project management and leadership capabilities, demonstrated through managing design and development teams throughout full delivery lifecycles, including overseeing project financials.
• Experience in presenting progress updates and detailing risks and issues to senior stakeholders, including working with near-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
• Fluency in English and German; knowledge of Enterprise Architecture practices, tools, and industry standards/certifications (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF) is a plus.
