How You Can Make an Impact:

• Engage in challenging ServiceNow projects, either within larger teams or as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Work across various industries, focusing on Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Collaborate with highly professional and like-minded colleagues while managing business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development efforts.
• Expand your network by collaborating with other departments or member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or associated modules) for major business transformations.
• Experience in management consulting, resolving technical and delivery issues on ServiceNow projects, and shaping technical designs while working alongside client technical/enterprise architects.
• A certified ServiceNow System Administrator with expertise in agile delivery methods (SCRUM, etc.).
• Strong project management and leadership skills demonstrated through management of design and development teams across full delivery lifecycles, including project financial management.
• Proficient in presenting updates and discussing risks and issues with senior stakeholders, with experience in collaborating with near-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and German; familiarity with Enterprise Architecture practices and industry standards (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF) is a plus.
