How You Can Make an Impact:

• Engage in challenging ServiceNow projects, either as part of a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Work across diverse industries, including our primary focus areas of Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Collaborate with international, highly skilled colleagues, and lead business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development efforts.
• Expand your network by partnering with different sections of the company or other member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or associated modules) associated with significant business and system transformations.
• Experience in management consulting, managing technical and delivery issues on ServiceNow projects in collaboration with client stakeholders, and shaping the technical design of ServiceNow solutions alongside the client’s technical or enterprise architects.
• Technical project management and/or leadership skills demonstrated through managing design and development teams throughout full delivery lifecycles, including oversight of project financials.
• Experience working with nearshore and offshore delivery teams.
