How You Can Make an Impact:

• Engage in challenging ServiceNow projects, working within a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Support clients in navigating complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Work across various industries, focusing primarily on Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Collaborate with international, highly professional colleagues, engaging in business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development efforts.
• Broaden your network by collaborating with different departments within our firm or with member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM or associated modules) for major business and system transformation efforts.
• Experience in management consulting, particularly in managing and resolving technical and delivery issues on ServiceNow projects alongside client stakeholders, and in shaping the technical design of a ServiceNow solution in partnership with the client’s technical/enterprise architects.
• Technical project management and/or leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing design and development teams through full delivery lifecycles, including overseeing project financials.
• Experience working with near-shore and offshore delivery teams.
