How You Can Make an Impact:

• Engage in challenging ServiceNow projects, either within a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Work across various industries, including our primary focus areas of Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Public Sector.
• Collaborate with international, professional, and like-minded colleagues while managing business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development efforts.
• Expand your network by collaborating with different divisions within the company or member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (including ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or associated modules) as part of major business and system transformation efforts.
• Experience in management consulting, managing and resolving technical and delivery issues on ServiceNow delivery projects, while collaborating with client stakeholders and shaping the technical design of ServiceNow solutions.
• Technical project management and/or leadership skills, with a track record of managing design and development teams throughout full delivery lifecycles, including overseeing project financials.
• Experience working with near-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
