How You Can Make an Impact:

• Engage in challenging ServiceNow projects, whether as part of a larger team or as an advisor on smaller initiatives.
• Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Work across various industries, with a primary focus on Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Collaborate with international colleagues and participate in business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice enhancement.
• Expand your professional network by collaborating with different parts of the company and member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (e.g., ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM) as part of major business and system transformation efforts.
• Experience in management consulting, managing and resolving technical and delivery challenges on ServiceNow projects, and shaping technical designs in collaboration with client stakeholders.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator with knowledge of agile delivery methods (e.g., SCRUM).
• Profound project management and leadership skills, with experience managing design and development teams through full delivery lifecycles while overseeing project financials.
• Strong communication skills in English and German; familiarity with Enterprise Architecture practices and industry standards/certifications (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF) is a plus.
