Our Deloitte SAP Plan to Make consultants possess the expertise needed to evaluate, develop, and implement a comprehensive range of SAP integrated solutions tailored to meet our clients' business needs.

The SAP team delivers business-focused transformation programs supported by process design, people solutions, and technology. We aim to achieve operational improvements and efficiencies across business operations. By partnering closely with SAP globally, we combine their tools and functionalities with our proven expertise to provide optimal solutions for our clients.

How You Can Make an Impact

• You will support exciting large-scale projects in Switzerland and abroad.
• You will accompany clients from the conceptual design of initial ideas to successful implementation in operations.
• You will take on sub-project manager responsibilities within the scope of new implementations.
• You will design and enhance SAP standard software solutions.
• You will develop customer applications and integrate various software solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have a University degree (Master's, MBA, or PhD) and at least 2 years of professional experience in an SAP environment; exposure to S/4HANA is advantageous.
• You possess a solid understanding and practical experience in one of the SAP Plan To Make domains, such as:
  • SAP Production Planning (PP)
  • SAP MES
  • SAP Quality Management (QM)
  • SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
  • SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM)
• You are skilled at acting as a bridge between technical experts and the business, facilitating communication effectively.
• You work independently, take initiative, are open to responsibility, and demonstrate excellent technical and analytical skills. You are a reliable team player with experience managing staff.
• You are willing to travel within Switzerland and are open to working abroad, communicating confidently in both German and English, with additional languages considered a plus.
