Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to support various projects, including benchmarking at the executive level and across the broader workforce.
- Design compensation plans and incentive structures for different stakeholders and develop reward policies.
- Develop and implement job grading and job architecture frameworks.
- Conduct remuneration surveys and analyze remuneration data.
- Assist in project planning, data analysis, report writing, and the development of presentation materials.
- Manage and maintain client relationships while working with key project leaders.
- Collaborate effectively with workforce advisory colleagues and service lines across EY globally.
Your Qualifications
- A university degree in Economics or Finance, with a solid understanding of HR topics.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Consulting, ideally with exposure to HR topics and people consulting.
- Experience in conducting remuneration surveys and managing a company's remuneration offering, along with knowledge of market trends in the field of rewards.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, with the ability to create impactful data presentations.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions with a pragmatic approach.
- A team player mentality with the ability to integrate quickly with new teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with experience producing high-quality reports, papers, and presentations.
